Currently, prostate cancer (PCa) remains a central issue, given its prevalence and high cost of treatment and management processes. The diagnosis and the determination of the potential mode to be utilized in the management of prostate cancer remain challenging. The implementation of surveillance, active treatment, and watchful waiting regimes is fundamentally dependent on illness-level categorization together with the ailment burden on the await patient's quality of life (QoL). The treatment of prostate cancer depends on the stage, application of hormone therapy, plus the patient's ability to undergo an operative procedure. This article argues for an approach to determine the malignancy stage of a patient and possible treatment alternatives.
